I lead global strategy for Forrester’s portfolio of Content Marketing offerings, which empower B2B marketers to engage and inspire business and IT decision-makers. I also have the joy of supporting a globally distributed team of high-performing leaders and Consultants producing compelling, research-driven content assets for B2B marketers.
Over the last 8 years, I’ve helped lead the transformation of Forrester’s content marketing consulting practice and offerings. My goals are to continue pursuing my passion for content marketing and honing skills in product/practice development, taking a customer-centric approach to both. I have history in consumer, media, and B2B technology research and consulting, as well as change management. I’m experienced in research and survey design, Voice of the Customer methodologies, and using quantitative and qualitative analysis to drive marketing and strategic decisions.
Prior to Forrester, my background was in music industry, media, and promotion. I have a dear love of music and health/fitness. I’m an incorrigible optimist and team builder who simply gets things done, so we can go out for karaoke after.
